Change-of-mind returns

Under our voluntary returns policy, you must request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition as received. Where applicable consumer law gives you a longer cancellation period or other rights, those rights take priority over these conditions.

How to request a return

Email hello@mythksports.co.za with your order number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your request. Contact us before posting anything so we can provide the correct return address and instructions. Return arrangements may differ by product and country. Do not automatically send your parcel to the address on the original shipping label or to a fulfillment warehouse.

Please keep your proof of postage and tracking details. Contacting us for instructions does not limit any statutory right to cancel.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us with your order number, a description of the problem and photos where possible. We will assess the issue and arrange an appropriate refund, replacement or other remedy in line with your consumer rights. MYTHK SPORTS covers any necessary return shipping for these issues; please contact us first to arrange the return or reimbursement.

The 7-day change-of-mind period and unused-condition requirement do not limit your rights for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods.

Refunds

For approved voluntary returns, we process the product refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after receiving and inspecting the return. We comply with any different refund deadlines or amounts required by applicable law. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

Exchanges

Size or colour exchanges for the same item are subject to stock availability. Email us for instructions before sending your item back.

Your consumer rights

This policy does not exclude or restrict mandatory consumer rights. Any applicable statutory cancellation period, inspection rights, refund entitlement or protection for faulty goods takes priority over our voluntary 7-day policy. Where EU statutory withdrawal rights apply, eligible online purchases have a 14-day cancellation period from delivery.
