Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns:
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the item is unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Used or damaged items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Hygiene-sensitive products (e.g., swimwear without tags)

Refunds:
Once your return is approved and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges:
We offer size or color exchanges for the same item if available in stock.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
