How to measure
Use a soft measuring tape. Stand relaxed and keep the tape level around your body, snug without pulling it tight.
Chest: Measure around the fullest part of your chest, passing the tape under your arms.
Navel: Measure around your body at belly-button height.
Compare both measurements with the chart below. Use the same units as the chart columns: centimetres (cm) or inches (in).
